Kaleidoscope ALC

We are working to launch an Agile Learning Center (ALC) in Southeastern CT in January 2020. We’ve been recommended by Thames River Innovation Place to CT Next for funding. Our target location will be in Groton or New London and we will be open Monday – Friday. Our hours of operation will be finalized when we find a partner location with the possibility of extended hours (8am-6pm) to support family needs.

Life is our greatest creative teacher; lessons are abundant everywhere, every day. When we are first born we start to learn by doing. We make connections in context, and learn through repeated failure before success.

Community Membership

Through a membership program, we will host monthly meetings and an online forum for parents to learn how to adopt agile tools at home.

Agile for Business

As a long-time entrepreneur, facilitator and business educator, Nicole Colter intends to help other local businesses work smarter, not harder through agile team training.
