Sometimes all we need to see and solve a problem, is to get another perspective. My toolkit is chock-full-o-tricks-of-the-trade designed to spark innovative thinking. No two sessions are alike because tools are specifically chosen and adapted to meet the needs of the client.
These photos include just a few of the things that I bring along.
The most effective “tool” I have is the knowledge of various types of tools and how to weave them together to create a successful session.
Below are some samples of the types of tools used by facilitators. These forms and more valuable information is available at CreativeProblemSolving.com, a site developed for new and experienced facilitators of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) process.
